Architecture and Interior Design Process | IQ Architects Ltd.
See how IQ Architects Ltd. moves a project from discovery and concept through design development, craft, and unveiling for homes and commercial spaces in Bangladesh.
01 Discovery
Every project begins with a conversation. We listen to how the space will be used, the site conditions, and the practical constraints that should shape the design from the start.
02 Concept & Story
We turn that brief into a clear design direction. Mood, materials, spatial layout, and early sketches are developed so the concept can be reviewed before detailed drawings begin.
03 Design Development
The approved concept is developed into coordinated drawings and 3D studies. Fixtures, finishes, and technical details are selected so the design can be built with precision.
04 Craft & Execution
During construction we stay involved with the making of the space. Site coordination, detailing, and material decisions are checked so the built work follows the design.
05 The Unveiling
The completed interior or building is styled, reviewed, and handed over. The last stage is about making the space ready to live or work in, not leaving it as an unfinished drawing.
